Disconnect the bronze chandelier from the power outlet or turn off the power switch on the switch box so that it does not power. Remove all lights from the chandelier and place them aside where they will not break. Fill a sink or plastic container with two to three inches of warm water while adding a few drops of detergent. Repeat step 3 with another plastic container, but fill it with warm water and 1/4 cup of ammonia.
Remove some of the crystals from the bronze chandelier and place them in the container or sink with soap and warm water. Wipe each crystal with a cloth to remove all dirt. Place piece of crystal in ammonia and water solution and then wipe it with a clean towel. Repeat steps 6 and 7 until you have cleared all crystals. Replace each cleaned crystal on the chandelier. Soak a cloth in soap and water and then twist it out. Wipe all the bulbs to remove dirt. Make sure the lights are dry before replacing them in the chandelier. Wipe the entire chandelier with cloth and then reset the power to the chandelier to see how good it looks.
